SCREEN RESOLUTION
This websites showcase a good screen resolution by having a proper and neat column arrangement.
This websites is lacking in its screen resolution as it have a very simple arrangement of columns.
WRITING OF THE WEB
This websites used bullets points to avoid long sentences. This will stands out on the page and are easily read by the users.
This websites use long blocks of text which can contain unnecessary information for the websites
USE OF COLOR
The color used in this websites are appealing to everyone. The color scheme used are more calming and not too distracting.
The colour used in this website are too bright and not suitable for older users.
USE OF GRAPHIC AND MULTIMEDIA
This website used related graphic towards the concept of the website.
This website used unreasonable and unrelated graphic towards the concept of the website.
NAVIGATION DESIGN
This website provide clearly labeled navigation. It uses a across top navigation type.
This website uses a simple navigation which is quite unattractive for the modern users.


for the unappealing websites, if i could improve the websites it would be the color of the websites. I would change the color into something for attractive for the users to visit the web page later. next, i might change its arrangement or the layout of the web pages.

i would not recommend people to visit this websites as i didn't think that i have anything that i can do from this websites. and  there are others familiar websites that i prefer more.

This article is to summarize the websites of our interest. As for the website, we have choose to talk about Traveloka. Alia and i choose Traveloka because it is one of the sites that we choose often and very close to our hearts. As a student who lives very far away from family which is in Sarawak, visiting Traveloka could be very exciting as it is a sign that we will be able to book our flight ticket to home. It sure is a pleasure for those who has been away from home for a long time. It offer you a comparison of prices among all the airlines available out there. This allow us to smartly choose flight ticket from a wider option that will fit our budgets, and of course this site does not function in that way only. Traveloka also provide a booking site for us to book hotels or a place to stay during our vacation in or out of the country.

This websites is open for anyone who wish to plan out their flight tickets or their accommodation. It is also a very ideal website for frequent fliers and backpackers. This site has been very useful to those who visits as it gives out promotion or discounts at certain time or specially for its members. This discounted price also available during holiday seasons. This features has gain a lot of customers as flight tickets during those time could be very expensive and out of our budget. And as a student itself, money has been very a important priorities of purchases. So we would of course grab everything that would offer us a cheaper price.

If we were to talk about it’s interface, Traveloka carefully design their websites with attractive colors and a composed and neat features. This allow the visitors to easily understand and access the sites even for the first-timer customers. They also offer contact numbers for all the company that
 conjoint with Traveloka.

One interesting fact or issue that this site addresses, Traveloka ensures that customer support is available 24/7 through their three modes of customer service via phone,email, and live chat. I find it exceptionally convenient that Traveloka has a live chat feature for any infuriating problems that might crop up during my travels.

I would encourage others to visit the site, because Traveloka do help many people who wants to search for reasonable price, comfortable space and more for flight and hotel at a time. This site really help and makes traveller plan more easier and save time. Traveloka's interface was easy to navigate through. It also so easy to use yet detailed flight/hotel booking.

Things that need to be improved by Traveloka is, they should know if any flight was change to an earlier flight and inform the user about it as soon as possible. Since earlier flight than scheduled time hard to be expected by people beforehand and the ticket cant be used after the flight had take off, if 
delayed flight, it's okay since our ticket can still be used.
